I received this recipe from Edina (Apoletta) from Hungary.
Potato thick soup with tomato
4 large potatoe (peeled and diced)
2 tomatoes
2-3 slices bacon
2 decilitre butterflat (or full-fat milk)
4 decilitre chicken soup (from stuck cube)
1 tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon marjoram
1 teaspoon grinded ginger
a dash of pepper and salt
1. Chop bacon and fry, set aside
2. Add the potatotoes and tomatoes to the stock cube soup pan
3. Put in the ginger, marjoram, pepper and salt
4. Cook until they go soft
5. Stir butterflat and flour as well
6. Add in the stoup, stir it
7. At last puree it in a blender until perfectly smooth
8. When served it put the fried bacon in the soup top
